Rental Properties
The property owner must sign the Agreement For Rental Property Form.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT: any person signing for water and/or sewer service obligates himself for payment whether as an agent, tenant, or owner. In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, the Village may proceed against either the tenant or owner for collection of bills at their discretion.
BULK WATER RATE: $10.00 per 1,000 gallons.
